MaiaSpace preselected to the European Launcher Challenge

The whole MaiaSpace team is extremely proud to have been preselected following the first stage of the ESA invitation to tender for the European Launcher Challenge!

This decision recognizes our efforts to change rules and do things differently, using new Agile, iterative and incremental development methods while leveraging the existing expertise and excellence of the European space industry. A prerequisite to quickly provide competitive, reusable, eco-designed and scalable launch and mobility solutions that will contribute to long-term European autonomous access to space.

We are convinced this winning recipe also comes with the implementation of renewed public-private partnerships based on an obligation of results, the best way to support industrial and commercial ramp-up to be competitive on the global market. So, thanks European Space Agency – ESA for this mark of confidence, giving the Team an extra boost to achieve our target to bring the new Maia launcher on the launch pad in French Guiana and start commercial operations as early as 2026!
